Peoplewise HR was founded in 2024 by Iain Doctor and Gerard Adams with a simple idea: deliver straightforward, strategic HR advice that makes a difference — without the jargon, fluff, or unnecessary complexity.

Between us, we bring over 50 years of HR leadership experience across retail, FMCG, and manufacturing. We’ve worked in-house, led teams, and operated in fast-paced, constantly evolving environments.
